Yeah, I make a lot of pizzas. Some are winners, some are not. In a week where I make pizza, I typically make two, because my dough makes two crusts.
This might be the cheesiest one I've ever made. Fresh mozzarella, plum tomatoes, basil. Garlic. It was good, local, Hillacres Pride mozzarella. It was delightful.
This one I made because I had leeks and potatoes. I used this recipe. I don't believe potatoes belong on pizza.
