Buying Club - The Goods - Week 3

Week three of the buying club.  I'm thrilled.

There are far too many foods to see in this picture, and not everyone is posed perfectly for viewing.

Left to right:

We've got plain yogurt, which I like getting in the little containers for cooking with or making dressings or sauces or whatever.

Also, the world's best blueberry yogurt.  This is ridiculous.  It's Pequea Valley Farms, and it's the same kind that came in my last CSA, but I never got the flavored kinds then... I just got plain and added my own fruit.   It's Amish, so no website, but I did find a review of it from seven years ago, so I guess it's always been good.  Really, best yogurt ever.  I can't say enough.

Butter, because I didn't realize that I'd still have the entire package I bought two weeks ago left.

Feta.

Broccoli, cauliflower

Meat.  Beef cubes and beef jerky.  The cubes are frozen, in the paper bag in the back. The jerky is up front, the thing in the plastic bag.

Kale and some sort of greens I forgot the name of.  There's also spring mix, somewhere in that pile.

Sage, because 'tis the season.

Spelt noodles. They're hiding.

Lots of shallots.

Granola.

Pumpkin butter, because, again, 'tis the season.

Cheddar.

Two jugs of milk (one for the fridge, one for the freezer) because we're not getting food next week, what with the holiday and all, and I like this milk.

Shiitakes.

And somehow unphotographed, red onions.  Three big ones.

This week's shopping list is bigger than usual, since I've got some holiday stuff going on, but outside of that, my list is frozen basil and fruit.  Not bad.
